Seriously Henry,We all got a lot of "Jitters", jabber, laughter and some education out of Your original post.
IMHO, It'll always be a Classic here on this Forum!
And you know the best part? It Ain't over til' it's over!
We're all anxiously awaiting pics of "Jitters"...I thought that name might be appropriate for Your new Smoker!
