In the middle of my first sausage attempt using KA Grinder and Stuffer
Makeing Venison Summer Sausage
with a borrowed an Brickman Electric Smoker
Well Thanks to you all and Google I found out
the Smoker to Hot...BAD
KA Grinder ....Good
Stuffer ....Bad
Ran out of casing for my 30 # Batch and Made a thread about freezing the leftover, till I got more casings....Good
Thank you all This Site was very helpful and I believe kept me from disaster.
Summer Came out Great Cooked in the Oven, will be enjoyed by me and my fishing buddies
