Just ordered one in red, just in the nick of time before the sale closed. I'll have to keep using the "ouch method" (one mississippi, two mississippi) for the cooking temp for a while b/c I spent the money I had saved for a tel-tru dial thermo for the UDS. Oh well... can't wait for the new play toy to arrive! Very Happy

I got my stealth phantom gray one in today. I hear it so fast and sneaky, that the meat doesn't even know, much remember having it's temperature taken.

Also, it will blend in with my other wireless probe, so, hopefully the wife won't notice this addition.
