That looks great. Something I'm trying to do more of is that and make sure I'm not wasting food which I haven't been that good about.

After reading about all of these leftovers from the freezer, it has inspired me to get onto my hubby and get him to smoking in large quantities so we can have some freezer leftovers!!!
(besides it makes cooking dinner with 3 kids easy.... pop something to thaw out of the freezer and supplement with an au jus, sauce or something and we have a full meal!!!)

Btw, this looks delicious!

erniesshop, Nice! That is some good lookin grub there! I love leftovers. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed mine. I had leftovers tonight and man was it good the second time around. That tenderloin makes me want to dive into the freezer again and see what I come up with! All the best!

Seeing as how I rarely smoke for a ton of ppl, and my smoker is huge, I am always tempted to convienently throw too much on the smoker and freeze it. It's worked out great so far. In my freezer I got brisket, b'swick stew, brisket chili, pulled pork and pulled chicken.
