Came home from catering a late sunday wedding last night but had monday off to drink beer and eat all day. I put the butt on the WSM around midnight and it was ready around 10:30 or so (great breakfast) then put the ribs on around 12 and they were ready for dinner around 5. I was full of smoke, full of beer, full of barbecue and full of smiles. Great day!

noBS, awesome job on the Butt and ribs  That Butt has some beautiful bark and looks real moist and I love the close up of the rib, it looks mighty tatsy, nicely done.  |

noBs,fantastic job on the butt and ribs,nice clean bone on the butt,always makes for a great pull,ribs have some nice color and ring.

Had a great time and didn't mind waking up to check on the smoker even after a 16 hour catering shift, I think that means I'm in love.
