|
| After 30+ years of working with a manual Chop-Rite stuffer and doing a couple of hundred pounds of venison sausage, salami, boudin, etc. each season, my arms and back are telling me it's time for a little help. Does anyone have any recommedations on electric sausage stuffers? I'm looking for good quality without having to put up a house payment. Thanks! |

| What do you use for a grinder? If you have an electric grinder it might be as simple as getting a stuffing plate and tube for it. We have this setup and it works great. We also have a 5 lb hand crank grinder from LEM that works well. We use both of them, depending on what type of sausage we're stuffing. |
