Is this a good smoker?
We are looking at starting a small business at our local farmers market and I came across the Pit-Boss and I'm just wondering if it's a high quality smoker.
Thanks! |

| Strange. I was just thinking of starting a thread asking if anyone has experience with these smokers. |

I know they are out of Olathe kansas, the KC area. We were visiting a comp at the Cabelas in the Parking lot a couple years back. There was a team that had a couple of them so I was able to get a close look. I was impressed enough that I considered purchasing one. I like the rotessiere Idea, and if I remember right the guy told me it held temp and was easy on the fuel, that is if I remember right. the only thing I cant remember was the gauge of steel used if it was light on the exterior.
Sorry I may not be much help but I got to ramble a bit _________________ 2008 Stumps GF223p With Stoker

I have a friend who enjoys the one he has. He has used it for a year and has had no problems. My only concern would be the 1/8 steel. Personally I prefer at least 1/4, but to each his own.
My buddy runs his on charcoal and wood chunks. |
