i bought a hank of what was called pre-flushed casings this past week and now i just read that they are only good for 30-40 days!!! can i salt them and keep them??

dry them, salt them them and put them in the fridge. Should last a good while. _________________

| I salt and freeze all of my casings. I have had no trouble keeping them. You have to use a lot of water when thawing them out. |
