My name is Ron. I live in Southern WI. I have been processing deer and livestocke for about 25 years. I have been making sausage for about 15 years. Thses are only hobbies as my "real" jod is in the medical devices design field. I used to write a monthly colum on Deer processing and sausage making for Rub-lines Whitetail magazine.
