needed to try out my new smoking area, so the wife
wanted chicken, and i still hadnt tried moink balls,
so i went to the store and here is how it's going.

about a 4 lb chicken

injected with creole butter and rubbed down w/poultry
rub

bought 1/2 beef 1/2 pork mix at the store, mixed in
some rub and egg

new place in action

3hrs on the bird,1 hr on the balls, added some corn

everything is done at the same time, ready to come off

all ready to eat

sunday dinner!

we had leftovers of everything, but i pulled
the chicken for sammies during the week
