Meatloaf needs a bit more cooking time but heres a finished pic

k.a.m., Nothin fancy just onion,green pepper,garlic,homemade Q sauce,instant rice,creole inside mixture and for rub,eggs,and a little beef broth.
Same for meatloaf + a few crackers.
Ive been feeling a bit under the weather here also .

Remmy, I started with 3.32 lbs. of ground chuck 2.50 # give or take? Cooker ran about 250-300 F. for about 2.50 hrs. - 2.25, Thanks.
k.a.m., the kids left me there green peppers but i fixed them by mincing the green pepper and onion up in the mixture. Thanks

Thanks Mrs. K.A.M, I though i would do something besides laying around.

Thanks jeepdad, you cant go wrong with stuffed peppers. Except maybe in my case some tomato sauce and some fresh grated parm. cheese.
