Got something up my sleeve and it's in a ziploc bag waiting to get eaten!

I'm new here. Been a lurker for a while but have usually posted on the WSM board. Many of you guys have cooked some awesome stuff. Makes me want to eat BBQ at 8am sometimes!

Pics to follow.

I get to use a few season chunked of apple wood I picked up at a nearby orchard two weeks ago!

Has been on the cooker for about 45 minutes. I used up my first batch of apple wood last summer and am thankful I scored so much for this year. Smells so good burning...

I am three hours into smoking some spareribs right now. I started with apple chunks then ran out so switched over to pecan chunks.
