I must say Ive got the smoking bug. I bought a GOSM propane smoker in Jan and have smoked every weekend so far!! Ribs, Butts, Chicken and ABTs. I just got a barrell and am slowly but surely preping her for the maiden cook! Im thinking some beer can chicken and ribs.
Anyway. Im looking forward to hearing from all you vets out there!

Welcome from a fellow GOSM owner.
Let me know how you like the barrell after getting used to the GOSM.
