what method of smoking do you you all use when doing beef ribs temps, times, when do you foil? _________________ Expectations are nothing more than predetermined disappointments. |

lennyluminum, I followed this one from the ring and Mrs.K.A.M. who loves beef ribs really enjoyed them, she loves beef ribs I lean toward the pork. I hope this helps.

I treat them just like spares. Sometimes foil, but here lately, I haven't been. Around here it's hard to find beef ribs with any meat on them, but if ya check out the store when they have beef ribeyes on sale, they will often trim the roasts themselves and have some decent ribs in the bin...

| I've done beef short ribs in the past with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then smoked them next to my spares. Came out great. |
