Posted: Feb 21 2006 Post subject: Pics of smoker I built |

Well here it is. My new smoker. I am really happy with the way it turned out. I fired it off Saturday twice and then cooked in it Sunday. Ribs. pork loin and some Sausage. I did cook the ribs to long but they were still good. The tender loin and sausage was great. Thanks for all the help Clyde

| Thanks, The stack flap is from Tractor Supply, I thought it would go good with the small block chevy valve springs I used for the handles. Now if I can just find a good name for it. Any suggestions? |

I'm not sure I have this quote thing down right...but anyway...I think I'll keep calling it Clyde's Cooker....and for 'Biteme'...we eat Sunday around 5....ya'll come now ya here..... |
