| I've been lurkin for a few weeks and this seems like a great place. I'm looking forward to expanding my already vast knowledge, yeah right, by studying from the many experts that seem to be here. I love doing brisket, pork, chickens or anything that i can find on the smoker, i have a pit from Vasbinders in Richmond, local guy that makes them very well, 1/4 in steel 18 in pipe. |

Leo the Meister man,
Welcome Aboard!!! Come on in, the smoke is fine. There are a lot of people here that know what they are talking about when it comes to BBQ. I am not one of them, but I do smoke about 3 times a week and am still learning after 15 years.
Smoke On!!!!

Leo, welcome aboard. I spent two years in Houston and I know exactly where you bought your pit. Sells wood too, right?
Anyway, I am an f'd up Texan located in the far east. Very far east. From Austin originally.
I drove past that pit place in Richmond several dozen times and probably came close to creating a few accidents as I crooned my neck around to get a glimpse of his product at 55 mph.

Dogs, cats, any kind of little rodent we can get our hands on before the locals get to it.
