smoked a quiche today figure i would share it here. it turned out great ! people flipped over the taste. I will change a couple things next time.
I suated bacon,diced onion,green chile,green pepper,and zuchinni. sprinkled some creole seasoning on it.
mixed up some eggs, and half and half, through some salt,pepper,chipotle powder and cheese in it and smoked till firm. about 2hrs at 250 (will go hotter next time)
