| I have been buying spices from Restaurant Depot and blending my rubs myself, but lately I have been thinking that it might be a better use of time to have a blending company make up 5 gal. pails of this for me as well as some bottles for retail in the raunt. Any suggestions on who to use or is the cost so high that unless you are doing 100 gallons of this at a time it isn't worth the effort? |

PorkQPine,
I use a company in New Orleans for my small batches of Rub. Call Ron Taylor at Bourbon Street Blends 985 966 5842 and tell him I gave you his info. Anybody that needs anything done for that matter. He's a good guy and is pretty quick with his turn around. If you have a basic label design he can also print it out and apply it to your bottles. I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. _________________ James Stephens

I have worked with Foran Spice out of Wisconsin over the years with different ventures, They will blend and ship, Their plain spices are 1/2 the price of Depot in 10 and 25 lb. boxes. I'm hoping to buy blended and shipped for still less than Depot. Keeps the recipe secret and easy.
