Here are the butts Saturday night all prepped and ready to go on the smoker:





Here are the butts off after 13 hours - avg temp @220 deg.(205 deg. internal). They darn near pulled themselves Cool !
Juciest butts I have ever smoked.
Finished with diluted maple syrup (1part syrup/four parts water and rub.

Here are the St.Louis spairs fresh off the SS-One:





By far, these were the best tasting, best textured ribs that I have ever cooked.

Wow... Great looking grub there. I really like those ribs. They look like some I had a Nealey's in Memphis a while back.
