Done pretty good for the first run.13 pound turkey in about 4.5 hrs.Used lump charcoal and hickory chips.I think the smoke cube is a neat idea, might mod it up a bit this spring.Thinking about turning it into a charcoal fired vertical rotisserie.

hmm, i saw that at wally world and was wondering how it would work. i thought it would be good for birds but not sure if there will be enough smoke for a big butt, or brisket. might have to get one if you find an effective way to turn it into a gyro type smoker _________________ bullpin double barrel smoker
