Other than the can in the corner, whats the best way to fix BB's that have been enhanced?? |

Smoke them then peel out the bones and put the meat into a big pot of bbq beans.
Don't waste you time trying to get your flavor into the inside of the ribs the salt content will stop that process pretty much cold, rub down the outside, smoke them and don't worry about the hammy taste in the beans, IMO ham taste improves beans instead of detracting fro the flavor.

If you havent smoked them yet, cut the salt by a lot in your rub. _________________

Still have them in the cryovac. Am thinking of using just some black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder for the rub instead of the usual Head Country. |
