Gonna try it tonight for the first time, and it's only 2 degrees outside but for BBQ who cares!!

Thanks all, I have been BBQ for many years, mostly used My water smokers and my charcol weber, but just bought a Treager wood pellet smoker, and wow what a difference, I love it, I have already done one of those great Nebraska Cornfed ribeyes.......best I have ever grilled and eaten, and today I did 10 lb pork loin. with apple and cherry pellets!!!
