Well my buddy that supplied the moose meat for Fatty Sunday was inspired not just by the momentous event but some country style ribs I cooked a few weeks back.
I got some odd looking pictures on my phone and had to go take a look. Another true Maine artists with his wife blurting out “you can move that right” Seems I get that a lot around here also.
I present to you Fugly Smoker:
He has some learning to do and a few more simple mods typical of this type of cooker but moving in the right direction. He tossed this abomination together with stuff laying around the house. I brought him my oven thermometers to see how she is running. The big one that needs to be done is lower the stack to grate level to keep the heat even across the cooking grate. _________________ “Franken Smoker”

I just checked facebook and told my buddy when I was over there this afternoon that he had a lot a bad smoke going on. Yeah I was right he didn't like the beef ribs.
I have some work ahead of me! _________________ “Franken Smoker”

Fugly may be kind. But it seems to work. It's kinda like a car wreck..It's hideous but I can't look away _________________ Scooter

I am at a loss for words . As long as it works. That baby needs to be trailer mounted,so the whole world can be at awe with the "Frankincooker" _________________ Lang 84 delux long neck chargrill.
