how's it going fellas... just joined up and figured i would show off my new toy! I'm 24 years old and cooking has always been a passion of mine. I always knew i wanted to get a nice smoker some day and finally had the money and luck to stumble across a great deal on a Lyfe Tyme smoker. First night i got it i stayed up til 4 in the morning doing three racks of baby backs and three whole chickens that i butterflied and threw on some kansas city dry rub and then dreamland when they were done! It didn't exactly make going to class at 8 in the morning that much fun but they sure were good!
