As mentioned not long ago, Fatty Sunday has arrived and get to try out the new log lighter in gasser mode.
Here is a Ruben Fatty all wrapped up snug. Ground a corned brisket flat and stuffed with swiss cheese, kraut, and Thousand Island.
Here are all the players in today’s game. These are all made with moose sausage except 2 that are corned beef.
On the left, first 2 stuffed with kielbasa and provolone cheese, next 2 are pizza stuffed with pepperoni, sauce, mozzarella, and bacon bits. Number 5 from the left is stuffed with peppers, onions, cream cheese, and pizza sauce. The next 2 are stuffed with peppers, onions, and cream cheese. The one on the end is the Ruben and the small skinny one in the front is left over corned beef stuffed with swiss cheese.
Here is the bride stuffed to capacity. The 2 roasts on the left are moose loin stuffed with moose sausage, rubbed with roasted garlic tomato paste and wrapped in bacon. The lid slipped and knocked a little black stuff on the food, grrrr.
OF course had the log lighter running Perfect yesterday on the test run. Today however there is 30 to 40 mph winds. Here is the wind block.
Don’t know if I will get any money shots as he wife is asleep when I took these photos. She already thinks I am a nut, I think if she see’s me taking pic’s of food she will have me committed. _________________ “Franken Smoker”

Good lord man.. You must have had every person you know over for dinner...!! Who is going to eat all those fatties. If its just you, you'd better make an appointment with your heart specialist.. _________________ Chargriller Akorn

Here are a few money shots. Sorry they are a little blurry (it may have been the black and tans setting in last night).
Pizza Fatty:
Peppers, Onions, and cream cheese:
Kielbasa and provolone and the Reuben (uncut):
These were split between a buddy of mine that provided the moose sausage and I provided the cooker. I think I got the better end of the deal. I will not take credit for the Ruben idea as I saw someone mention it here last week and thought why not. I can’t wait to try it. I got accused of adding sugar to the left over corned beef fatty stuffed with Swiss cheese and had to explain to my newly hooked BBQ buddy that the sweet flavor was from the BBQ. Everything sampled was AWESOME and I will be using the ground corned beef flat in the future.
As for the quantity, my buddy wanted some good eats for the upcoming ice fishing derby and a lot of this food went into the freezer for a later date. It was the first time that the Bride was stuffed to capacity and she pulled through with flying colors. My newly educated BBQ buddy is bent on building a cooker before spring. I am infecting the locals with BBQ one person at a time.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention I did a few racks of ribs. Anyone care to guess what these are from!
I don’t think I will ever fit this many racks of ribs on the cooker again! _________________ “Franken Smoker”

Gator:
I have not tried it yet. I was full from all the other snacking going on and tossed it in the freezer for a later date. I was thinking of getting some rye bread and tossing a slice between it. I’ll report back when I pull it to eat. _________________ “Franken Smoker”
