Has anyone used the grinder attachment on the Electrolux DLX / Magic Mill mixer? Here's a link... the meat grinder attachment is further down the page. The DLX has a beefier motor vs the Kitchen Aid stand mixers so I'm wondering if it would be adequate for making ~10lbs of sausage at a time.

Never seen this this before and I'm not sure what you need to do with it, ( grind meat or mix meat).
As a grinder, I say stay away from it, then again I don't know much about it. As a mixer, I won't by it either, northern tool has a nice meat mixer that I use and works great.
As for stuffing, again get yourself a nice little 15lb meat stuffer, which is also available from northern tool as a really good price.
Just my two bits.

Thanks guys. I would only be using the mixer for the grinding part of making sausage. The mixer would of course be used for other kitchen duties (bread dough, general mixing, etc., etc.). I'm trying to see if this grinder attachment works well enough or if I'd be better off spending more for a dedicated grinder.
