Hi everyone my name is Lee dont let the screen name fool you. I am new here to this site but not to smoking meats, I have been smoking now for about a year and just got a new smoker. I smoke with a GOSM and hope to learn some more while here on your site. I am a Aluminum contractor here in FL and most of my hobby's are out door stuff like Fishing, Kayaking, camping, smoking meat, ect. I look forward to meeting all of you and hopefully some of you that are close to me in Fl
