This is one I have used for years it is easy to make. Receipe will serve about 4-6 people
1 1/2 Burger of your choice
2 boxes of Mac & cheese
BBQ sauce of your choosin
1 good size onion
Milk about 1/2 cup
Cheese of your liken what ever cheese taste best to you
6 slices of Bacon
Begin by cooking your Mac & Cheese, after adding cheese to Mac pour in your milk to make it cheesier.
Saute your onion in a small amount of olive oil, after your onion is sauteed pour in you burger and brown it mixing in the onion. After brown drain the excess fat and in your frying pan pour in your BBQ sauce and burger & onion let simmer bout 3-5 minutes. You will use appx. 1/2 to 1 bottle or 8-20 oz of bbq sauce. Cook you bacon about 3/4 done.
Get out a 9x13 dish and line the bottom with a layer of Mac and Cheese
Then add a layer of your meat. Cover this layer with 3 strips of bacon and grated cheese. Continue to do this until your dish is full. cap off with bacon strips and grated cheese. Bake on 350 for appx. 40 minutes covered and about 5-10 minutes uncovered. remove from oven and let stand about 20 minutes before serving.
Hope you enjoy it. |

| We make a green bean casserole but with asparagus instead of green beans. Also add about a cup of Parmesan cheese to the mix. |
