Hello From New Mexico

Hey everyone, I am proud new owner of my first smoker, a Char-Griller w/SFB!

Work is hectic, but I will be trying my hand at smoking within the next few weeks. I have been sticking my head in here for a few months, just reading and learning, but now I can make my own BBQ. Should be interesting...When I grill, I can only make super-hot fires, low and slow will be a challenge.

Thanks everyone, for the well wishes. Big job going out this weekend, so I hope to be burning in the smoker on Saturday, and smoking on Sunday. If not this weekend, then next for sure (barring something unforeseen)
