Sorry the pics are so big I don't know how to resize
Rolled up and ready for the smoker
Pulled off of cooker( sorry no pics on the smoker I had a two year old solo
And ready
It was pretty good I didn't go crazy I was just experimenting. Stuffed with onion pepper and cheese. Cooked at 250 for around three hours. I can only guess it took so long because it started raining about half way through and made it tough to keep temp up. I'll definately keep practicing with this one. Big sized pics aren't a problem for me... My 24 inch monitor can handle it.
Besides, small pics of a fatty that big may not do it justice! Looks pretty tasty. Nice work!  _________________ Scott
