I'm in Texas, so its not too bad. This artic blast that coming down will send us to the mid 20's tonight. But back to 55* tomorrow and 65* through the weekend. So I'm hauling the smoker to the lake and doing a little lake side smoke this weekend.. _________________ Char-Broil Silver- highly modified- inside and out.

I lived in Saskatoon for a couple years back when I was young and I got to say y'all got the cold thing down pat. But it is a dry cold so its not like we got down here surrounded by the Great lakes... I'll take minus 30 out there over minus 30 down here any day.
I worked the railway one winter doing maintenance of way and I was outside all day from 8 to 5 and that winter we had a total of 3 and a half weeks were it was minus 40 or colder... Now that was an experience I would rather not have to endure again. I still cringe at the thought of running an open air motor car at 25 MPH, into a head wind when its minus 45 on the mercury... _________________ Chargriller Akorn
