Been awhile since ive done some bones,Temp out side is real cold but no wind and sunny....perfect canadian cook day.I shoveled out a little pathway to get at my offset.I rubbed up a couple racks with Bad Byrons Butt Rub,and warmed up the cooker.Preheated a few cherry splitz and was good to go.I even had to rebuild my cherrywood whiskey heater. Very Happy

Jeez almost out of charcoal,I had to go into my private stash and bring out the dragon breath, this stuff is awesome,it burns hot ,big chunks and little ash.I cooked the ribs at an average temp of 255 degrees for 5 hours,no foil.I spritz every hour with apple juice and sauce twice in the last hour of cook time.

I served them up with fresh frozen yellow beans from my garden and boiled cabbage......no butter....the diet. Very Happy

CB can't believe the amount of meat on those ribs. Nice job. I'm sure they were as good as they looked.

Nice cook I'm with ya on the "cold cooks" in minnesota. If ya stand close to the firebox ya stay warm. Then ya just add a little more captin to your drink to keep it from freezin!!!
