Outstanding Job CB. Picture perfect ribs.. Great colour and smoke ring.
So how many wielding blankets did you have to use to get that cooker up to temp..?? _________________ Chargriller Akorn

I was going to use my WSM,but i wanted to fire up the offset and get all the snow melted off it,and the moisture out of the temp gauges ...and I really like ribs off my offset better than my WSM....and I get to cook with sticks _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)

LMAO. I noticed the missing tips... I live for the tips lol though mine usually get saved for mid week.. unless of course I'm really hungry, or slightlyover doing it with the whiskey during the cook. ribs look nice and meaty, great color.

Man that looks good. The tips always come up missing around here too. But how can you help yourself when they look that good? _________________ Part of the secret of success in life is to eat what you like and let the food fight it out inside.

RubThatButt Hard to keep those rib tips on the grill when your cooking
MikeB......then I saw the Corona and thought better of it... but the good Canadian Whiskey beside it should make up for it. _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)
