So how many wielding blankets did you have to use to get that cooker up to temp..?? Razz Razz

Did you just do 2 slabs of ribs? I notice you have the WSM in the back groung pic. I like useing my WSM for smaller cooks, and the offset for larger cooks.

I was going to use my WSM,but i wanted to fire up the offset and get all the snow melted off it,and the moisture out of the temp gauges Very Happy ...and I really like ribs off my offset better than my WSM....and I get to cook with sticks Very Happy Very Happy

I use Bad Byrons Butt Rub on all my ribs and butts,as for the BBQ sauce I was trying something new and it was not bad.

LMAO. I noticed the missing tips... I live for the tips lol though mine usually get saved for mid week.. unless of course I'm really hungry, or slightlyover doing it with the whiskey during the cook. ribs look nice and meaty, great color.
