Well thanks for clearing that one up for me! Very Happy

Although my smoker is far from being as automatic as say a Traeger, through experience I have found that I can maintain an even proper temp., under most conditions, with a minimum of fiddling around! Very Happy

While there are many technical aspects of fire management, knowing your equipment and a few simple rules will usually give good results!

Kinda like the difference between knowing how to build a car and knowing how to drive one. As long as you can get the desired blue smoke and not the billowing white stuff your doing fine.
