Well thanks for clearing that one up for me!
Although my smoker is far from being as automatic as say a Traeger, through experience I have found that I can maintain an even proper temp., under most conditions, with a minimum of fiddling around!
While there are many technical aspects of fire management, knowing your equipment and a few simple rules will usually give good results! _________________ BBQMAN
