Having recently been introduced to the incredibly yummy world of beef cheeks I thought it might be fitting to start a thread relating to them?

How do you cook them?

What are some of your favorite recipes?

What are some of your favorite things to do with them?

I had beef cheeks at one of Philly's top restaurants, Osteria, and they were sublime! Truly an underestimated/forgotten cut of beef. I just wish I could find them at the grocery store.

wrap them up in foil and smoke them with cilantro, onions, jalapenos, salt y pepper and you have Barbacoa. Wrap them up in a fresh tortilla and eat with frsh cilantro and diced onion...

Don't know how I missed this thread, but take a look at my blog post on using cheeks to make some great Barbacoa!
