Our 1st market day for the New Year was a show-stopper yesterday!

Great weather, awesome music, and a crowd of 10,000 or so hungry participants.

We served up the better part of two cases of pulled pork (70 pounds of finished meat), 12 slabs of ribs that mostly went home for football, burgers, chicken, smoked salmon, bratwurst, hotdogs and a slew of drinks and chips.

A lot of brochures went out to people interested in catered events, and we have gotten a lot of comments from past seasons participants on our new bbq rig.

One guy came up and told me he had watched us for quite some time, and the reason he buys food from us is that we run a clean sanitary operation (and that the food is great).

Our HD inspected at the market shortly before x-mas, took a look at or lis, and commented that our operation was one of the cleanest (if not the cleanest) they had ever seen ...............................

Clean sells! Very Happy

No market here....yet. As we speak it is "cool" 27* Not many stroll out on a day like this. Crying or Very sad

GREAT efforts Mike, you are on your way (if not there already) to being St Petersburg's "premiere" barbecue caterer...keep it up!!
