I ordered and just viewed this DVD and it was pretty entertaining. Made me homesick, but I think they could have gone into a little more depth in terms of discussing pits, processes, rubs, and sauces. Anyway, I recommend it for anyone interested in Texas barbecue and its history.

| I totally agree with you, I wish they would have gone into more detail into the actual Q and how the different folks cook it. For those of you that have not seen it, this is a great show on the Texas BBQ culture. But overall its just about my favorite movie of all time. |
