I smoked at 250 for about an hour, then grilled on high heat with the wing sauce. I like the cooker too. Wink

Just our regular comp BBQ rub, and the sauce was a mixture of Franks, another habenero hot sauce a buddy makes, cayenne, Butter, worst sauce, grape jelly, honey, and brown sugar.

Sweet with a little kick, good stuff man.

It wasn't overnight, but I applied the rub around noon and start smoking around 7:30 PM. So they sat for a while.

Also, I'm sorry I'm not much of a recipe guy on the wing sauce , I'm more of a dump & taste cook. I'm going to give what I did as close as possible.

24 OZ Franks Red Hot Sauce
15-20 Drops of a Habenero Sauce
1 tsp cayenne
8 OZ grape jelly
4 OZ Honey
1 1/2 Tbls of Brown Sugar
1 1/2 sticks of butter

These are best guess estimates and all of that sugar really tamed down the spiciness of the sauce. If you like it warmer don't add as much sugar. Hope this helps.

Those look tasty! Thanks for sharing the recipe for your glaze, too.

My wife brought home some nice sized drumettes this week and we did a batch last night that were perfect. I think I want more tonight after looking at your pics!
