This is a good video. The only thing is the host says Red cooks the chicken at 450 degrees for 3 hours. Shocked Shocked

I love the mustard based BBQ sauce, but dont care for the mayo based slaw. It sounds like Red is cutting out a nice living doing what He and his wife love to do.Thanks for sharing the find..

Thanks for the video. I don't think 450 degrees for 3 hours is right for the chicken. Nothing can take that much temp for that long and come out ok.

Shocked 2 fiddy for 3 hours is getting close to done I reckon.

I am guessing at the very least the skin would burn to a crisp after an hour, and too long after that you looking at burnt end "Napalm Victim Chicken".

This sounds like one for the Mythbusters.. I aint sacrificing a chicken to find this one out.

3 hours at 450? It would come out looking like a buffalo turd with the consistancy of over dried jerky.
