I love the mustard based BBQ sauce, but dont care for the mayo based slaw. It sounds like Red is cutting out a nice living doing what He and his wife love to do.Thanks for sharing the find.. _________________ Lang 84 delux long neck chargrill.

2 fiddy for 3 hours is getting close to done I reckon.
I am guessing at the very least the skin would burn to a crisp after an hour, and too long after that you looking at burnt end "Napalm Victim Chicken".
