k.a.m. spent the day working on the daughters house so I decided to grill some rib-eyes.

1 inch thick with kosher salt and pepper

San Angelo potato

Mine went on the grill before k.a.m.s I prefer mine to not moo at me and he adds butter to his.

k.a.m.s plate

My plate.

Not sure... but the tater looks like a regular baker that she rubbed good with butter then rolled (or sprinkled) sea salt on to. For people that eat the skins (not me.. Embarassed ) this is a very popular way to bake them.

Ok to answer everyones question about the potato: k.a.m. is the one that showed me how to make it. When k.a.m. hunted in San Angelo, TX they fixed the potatos that way when they cooked at the camp on an open grill. It's a speared baking potato rolled in butter and rolled in salt. When I fix them I put butter, kosher salt, micro-wave it, cut it in half, and put it on the grill.

And Thank All Of You For Your Kind Words.

C.B., that is Garlic butter that I like to let melt down on the steak it tastes wonderful to me, when it gets flipped some more goes to the other side. Mrs.K.A.M. has been busy and forgot to answer your question and I saw it this morning.
