Doing ABT's for a new years party (as are many of you I'm sure)
want to try something different. Thinking of putting in small steak strips about the same size as a smokie/ instead of the smokie.
The main concern is chewability. I'm thinking as long as I cut the steak right it shouldn't be too bad.
Has anybody else tried this? In the wide world of ABT's Im sure Im not the first person to think of this. but I cant find anything on it here. _________________ Why Is The Whiskey Always Gone?

Best advice I can give you is to make up a batch before the party.
Sure sounds good to me but I've seen plenty of disasters that began with the words.... "Sounds good to me!" _________________ I only believe in two basic food groups... Chili & BBQ

Like cultofnobody said ,make a few to try first,I have used many different meats in mine,I like strips of chicken breast in mine,I have used Italian sausage meat and formed a little weenie from that,I think good cut of meat would work fine, why not make a mix. Send me 1 of each and i will let you know how they taste . _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)
