| Nice catch K.A.M!! Tis cold here. I may go jig for some walleye if we get a 40 degree day or so soon. Winter steelhead fishing is starting to pick up here in Michigan as well for those who don't mind freezing their @rs3 off in the rivers..................I'll wait till March to go pound the steelies. |

Thanks Toga, I am not much into cold weather fishing anymore. I have a couple of Mustang suits for North sea work but the way I feel about cold now is if I have to put all that on I will just pass. I used to call people like that fare weather fishermen, I guess I have joined the ranks. |

Thanks tex_toby, when Mrs.K.A.M. doesn't outfish me she will use the excuse that I bow front her. The outing before this one yielded six Reds and eleven Flounder it wasn't untill I had her pretty whipped down that she decided to change lure color, on the way home she told me from now on after your second fish in the boat I am changing colors I have learned my lesson. |

Nice looking reds. I always forget Texas has a much more liberal policy on how many reds you are allowed to keep. Down here in Florida, it's one per day per person with a 27" maximum size limit. _________________ Vermont Castings Gas when I don't have time

| Thanks Tarpon65, our limits run in the 20'' to 28'' slot you can retain three. We do have a bonus Red fish tag that will allow you to keep one over 28''. I rarely use it once they breech that size to me I just cut them loose. |
