Greetings from Bixby

Hello to everyone!
We are "Men on Fire BBQ" of Bixby, OK.
Our team is made up three brothers, David(the oldest), Joe and myself, Louis(the youngest). This is our first year competing. As a matter of fact we smoked our first meat the summer of 07'. We got our first real smoker this year for our first competition in Bixby. We patched it up and mounted it on a trailer and hoped for the best. Our thanks go out to Joe Davidson of
"Royal Oak". He has been our mentor.
We have made some great friends this year and everyone has been great and so helpful. The whole experience has become somewhat addictive. If I had my way and I could afford it we would compete every weekend.
Thanks to everyone.

Oh and I finally got to participate in the 8:30 shot this past weekend in Jenks.
I'm beginning to feel like I belong. Little Pig Town, Thank you. I haven't met you yet but I know who you are. You are the "MAN". And "T-Bone", you are the "MAN" too. You were such a help.

I know your team but don't think I've had the chance to meet you yet. I've met Joe before when he introduced himself to me in Bixby because he knows my brother-in-law Paul.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I will post some pics as soon as I can get some and figure out how to post them. I can't seem to even get an avatar loaded. I've resized the picture but still doesn't work.
