Have viewed the forum for a while and finally decided it is time to join. I guess when you plan your vacations around BBQ restaurants and when its your turn to cook for the tailgate it is always BBQ then this is where I need to be. Started out many years ago with a Brinkman upright and switched to an Oklahoma Joe's about two years ago. The problem is it just isn't quite big enough.
My father-in-law just gave me a used propane tank 3 foot by 10 foot and a heavy duty boat trailer. Maybe I can solve that problem. However, that material for another post in a different topic. Look forward to tips and information
