Using my little smoker today. Just a Brinkman with a Electric element added and adding alittle charcoal and Hickory for good messure. Smeared it down with mustard and applecider vinegar some spices. Im not ready to share pics yet. Still a rookie but it usually tastes pretty good to me. I will let you know how it turns out and if it looks good will throw in a pic. Peace!!
