Just picked her up on the weekend. "whole Hog"

1320 inches of cooking space . Double burner, one at each end. Use it as 2 smokers or as one BIG one. They say it will hold up to a 150lbs pig on it.
Looking forward to fireing it up this weekend

Congrats, but that's just not good enough!


I want pics of a whole chicken, brisket, spare ribs and pork butt cook. Before the weekend. Very Happy


That should have her good and seasoned for the pig roast.........this weekend. Wink Laughing


Anyway. Looking forward to the cook pics whenever you decide to break her in.

2 cooking surface
22" deep x 30" long
Made of porcelin coated Cast iron, 1320 sq. in..

Fired it up last night for a test run and in 15 minutes has it upto 450 and in not time brought it back down to 250 . She purred like a kitten
