Leftover pulled pork? What the hell is that??????? never seen it before!
Actually I have about 60 pounds of it in the freezer right now, I plan on using it in beans, and maybe do an AYCE pork & chicken special next week. or a combo plate with the chix, pork & ribs.
When I was in Tomahawk cooking ribs (100 cases) a few weeks ago, I made the pork for someone else to serve for the same event in a different city. They didn't need as much as they originally thought. _________________ Just remember that the toes you may step on during your climb to the top will also be attached to the a$$es you'll be forced to kiss on your way back down! |
