hello everybody,

i`m john from holland ( den helder too be exact ), relatively new to smoking. I use an european outdoor chef wich is like a weber 21 inch modified for indirect grilling and smoking.

After browsing the web i started with smoking a whole chicken and ribs. Recently i tried a boston butt and d*mn did i like that taste... Very Happy

In Holland everybody is grilling and almost nobody is smoking so everything i know is from websites like this one.
I`m introducing friends to things like pulled pork and smoked baby backs and they are getting enthousiastic.

hope to add a recipe and / or pics soon.....

Welcome john, you have entered a whole new world and you about to get a lot of new friends if you keep fixing pulled pork. Check out the ABT's for an appetizer. I sure would like to have some of your fish right of the smoker. never stop learning!
