BBq82.....I'm in Eureka Il 14 miles east of Peoria on Rt 24 .....

Buckeye bob....rubbed all the butts down last night @ wifes work...i have axcess to the kitchen and i went and got the butts this morning and got the smoker ready should take 10/ 12 hrs for the cook maybe shorter cause the butts are boneless ...ave weight is 6/8 lbs each...useing Royal oak lump and then some straight oak chunks and maybe some apple if the rains last night did'nt get to my wood pile...had to put the last butt on a stove/oven rack to make them all fit ...useing indirect heat to cook the meat...250 gallon oil tank that is mounted on a trailer...bought it from a guy in Peoria bout 6 yrs ago....
