Took the smoker out for it's first job, here is a quick

It was an Apache pop-up, used the frame and roof.

your pit red.

You live on the east side of the US, look what happen to you (RED)

smone n fyrman (I can see his house from my back yard)
He lives in Stilwell Ks.

I considered painting my pit red Chuck, but Stilwell red doesn't stick well to stainless! Cool Laughing Laughing Laughing

It was the fuel tank for the house Shocked Now that
we spend the winters in FL. It will get more use cooking
"Q" then heating the house. I just a little wood to
keep warm Very Happy

Thanks Jess it cooks great, just did another job today
and have about 6 cooks before we bring it down in Oct.
should have it figured out by then. So to answer your
last question yes, plan to do the Cape Coral farmers
market again this year.

Very happy with it, got it at Costco's in Fort Myers
FL. Don't know if they are still available.

The trailer is not tail heavy and tracks fine, I do
plan to up grade the tires to 8 ply before the trip
to FL. Weather the axle holds up is another story Rolling Eyes
